You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@fell-freund.at) by means of a clear statement (e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose. The return address will be provided after you send us the completed withdrawal form by e-mail.
Please note that if you refuse to accept your ordered products, you will have to bear the return shipping costs yourself. This fee amounts to €10.00 for all orders.
Alternatively, you may accept the goods and send them directly to our return center — in this case, no return shipping fee will be charged (only the regular shipping cost for returning the goods).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
A withdrawal immediately after placing an order is not possible, as our logistics center ships the order within a few hours after purchase. You may only exercise your right of withdrawal after the goods have been delivered to you.
Furthermore, no refund will be issued if the goods are not accepted. The goods must be properly received and returned to the specified return address within 14 days in order for us to issue a full refund.
You are not entitled to return items that are used or soiled.
(Example: You have the right to test our dog beds for 14 days after receiving them on a clean surface. However, you may not damage or use them on a dirty surface and then return them. Such items cannot be resold and must be disposed of. If we receive dog beds showing signs of use, you will not be eligible for a refund.)
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
We do not bear the costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
