If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery service immediately and contact us without delay.
Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no effect on your legal rights, particularly your warranty rights. However, it helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Information about any additional manufacturer guarantees and their specific conditions can be found with the respective product and on dedicated information pages in our online shop.
9. Liability

-
in cases of injury to life, body, or health,
-
in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty,
-
in cases of guaranteed promises, if agreed, or
-
where the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or agents—obligations that must be fulfilled for proper execution of the contract and on whose observance the customer may regularly rely—liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Any further claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
