At FellFreund, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options—no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) while ensuring maximum reliability and responsiveness.


HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery timeframe consists of two parts:

1) Processing Time (1–2 days):
Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging.

Within 12–24 hours after your order is placed, it will be reviewed and released. Once the order is approved in our system, production begins. For products with personalized customization, it typically takes 1–2 days to produce, ensure quality, and package the product.

2) Shipping Time:
The duration from our international shipping center to the delivery address. Shipping is usually carried out by DHL, though other carriers may also be used. Once the item has left the warehouse, the approximate delivery times are:

  • Germany: 6–14 business days

  • Austria: 6–15 business days

  • Switzerland: 6–20 business days

All shipping times exclude customs clearance and potential customs delays.
Important: Swiss customs is particularly strict and may hold packages for several days. This can occasionally cause delays for our Swiss customers, but your package will always arrive.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Currently, we offer free standard shipping across the entire DACH region.

We also offer premium shipping: This does not mean faster delivery, but it includes full insurance against theft, loss, or damage to your package. If DHL and the tracking number confirm that the package was delivered safely and undamaged to your address, but your package is missing or damaged, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement package at no extra cost. We cover the full cost for you.


WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Once your package is packed, it is handed over to the shipping carrier and you will receive an email with tracking information.
